Monrovia, Liberia - The Ministry of  State for Presidential  Affairs has concluded the second bidding process for  the supply of several vehicles for its use.

The ceremony took place today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with three companies participating. They are Kwaplah International and City Business Services based in Liberia and Vanvliet Automobile Company based in Holland.

Recently, the Ministry concluded the first bidding process for the supply of office equipment. The exercise was conducted by a five-man bidding committee chaired by Deputy Minister of State for Administration, Mrs. Pearine Davis Parkinson.

The representatives of the companies who participated in the process expressed their satisfaction about the exercise, describing it as transparent.
